This performance was certainly apparent in bucket loads as we took the V6 HSE for a test drive from Beadles Landrover, Southend in Essex and filmed by our crew, the Driven.
The level of technology, including the Touch Pro Duo infotainment system, 12.3″ Interactive Driver Display and optional full colour Head-up Display, delivers an even more luxurious and engaging driving experience. This extends to the powertrain. To ensure outstanding performance and great fuel efficiency, the new 400HP 6-cylinder Petrol engine incorporates Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) technology. This system, along with other measures, also reduces CO2 emissions and improves driveability. The P400 3.0 litre Ingenium In-line 6-cylinder Petrol engine is available with the HSE, HSE Dynamic and HST model.

ALL TERRAIN PROGRESS CONTROL
Set and maintain a steady speed in challenging conditions such as on mud, wet grass, ice, snow and dirt roads. All Terrain Progress Control (ATPC)± functions between 1mph and 18mph, enabling you to maintain full concentration on steering and finding a path across difficult terrains.
EFFICIENCY
Range Rover Sport powertrains incorporate low CO2 technologies, such as the intelligent Stop/Start system. The Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) takes this even further and can be considered the next generation of Stop/Start technology. Enabling the engine to shut down while the vehicle decelerates, the combined effect of both technologies gives a 15% reduction in CO2emissions and improves fuel economy. The Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) combines a conventional engine with an electric motor and a battery, ensuring optimum performance and efficiency.
